VicoStreet: FAQs

When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 1 pm to 3 pm; check-out is by 10:30 am. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damage or extra cleaning fees. Please, get in touch with us 30 minutes before your arrival in Naples for the meet and great!
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is three nights in both high and low season in the Vico Street apartments.
Can an additional bed be added?
No, all our apartments have a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area, sleeping a maximum of four guests. No extra beds can be added.
Are utilities included?
Power, water, gas, heating, and wifi are included in the rental rate. There is a final cleaning fee of EUR 25.
Is there wifi?
Yes, there is a free wifi connection in all three Vico Street apartments.
Is there parking included?
No, the apartments do not have private parking included. There is a car park nearby that can be reserved for EUR 20/day.
Are there shops and supermarkets nearby?
Yes, the apartments are located in the center of Naples surrounded by delis, bakeries, food markets, cafés, restaurants, and pizzerias.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, we welcome small domestic pets that are well behaved but ask that you let us know ahead of time if you intend on bringing your pet.
How does the payment work? Is there a secure payment system for my booking?
Payment before arrival by bank transfer or PayPal circuit is required. We will contact you after you book to provide instructions. During the booking process, however, Your credit card information is needed only to confirm your reservation, but you will not be charged in advance. The information is relayed by Secure Server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL 256 bit) data encryption.
